About the Founder – Arpo Majumder

My journey began with a single photo—one so beautiful that it sparked a dream within me What if I could take pictures like this too?” In 2015, I bought my first zoom camera and started capturing nature. But soon, I realized photography alone wasn't enough—editing was equally important. That’s when my journey into the world of editing began. With no formal training available at the time, I taught myself everything through YouTube—photo editing, video editing, and shooting techniques. For the next 3 to 4 years, I passionately captured photos and videos whenever I had the chance, constantly learning and growing.

In 2020, my professional journey began. I started working with senior creatives, participating in club activities, and receiving recognition for my work. I was honored to serve as the Creative Head of the BUBT Photography Club, where I led numerous event shoots and workshops. Over the years, I have covered countless weddings and corporate events as a freelancer.
One of my proudest achievements was securing 1st position in the “Beautiful BUBT” contest, along with organizing and conducting multiple cinematography and editing workshops within the university.

In January 2024, I took the leap and founded ARPON – A Wedding & Event Film House. Since then, my team and I have successfully covered many memorable events with dedication and creative passion.
